💡Phase 1: Informal Discussion

All ideas for proposal should start with an informal discussion on the Swingby Discord server's #governance channels.

At this stage, the purpose is to seek high-level community interest in the problem statement & solution that you are proposing. Once there is community interest, you should:

1. Create a thread in the #governance channel for your idea

2. Proceed to the Phase 2: Proposal Refinement & Temperature Check.
